At Mentor2Youth, our vision is to build a school-to-career pipeline in Washtenaw County by 2022. We want to ensure all youth are on track to succeed in life. That is where our board members come in. We look for passionate individuals who are willing to share their talents, skills and expertise with us and share with their network, the impact with have in the lives of the children we serve.
You would meet once a month on the 4th Tuesday from 6:30-8pm with other board members to strategize and enact plans of action to achieve this vision. Outside of these meetings you would be assigned task(s) that allow us to grown and expand programs and services for the youth we serve.

To ensure disadvantaged youth have a promising future by educating and empowering them to excel in life, academics and work. We envision providing a school-to-career pipeline for disadvantaged youth in Southeastern Michigan by 2020.
Description
Since 2011, Mentor2Youth has provided educational intervention programs to youth throughout Washtenaw County and surrounding cities. More than 500 youth have participated in school or neighborhood-based programs.
