Hotline Volunteers answer crisis calls and assess safety of callers, assist in clarifying needs, issues and concerns, provide information and referrals for local resources, as well as screen for entry into our programs. Flexible shifts available between the work week and weekends. Bilingual volunteers needed in all languages. Direct service volunteers must complete background check, obtain a fingerprint clearance card, and complete direct service training.
