Fight Hunger At Northwest Harvest's Spokane Warehouse!

Northwest Harvest provides food to over 380 food banks, hot meal programs and high need schools across the state. At the Spokane warehouse, we need the help of many caring and energetic volunteers to help us sort and repackage bulk food items, as well as sort through food drive donations.

You will be amazed how much you can accomplish in just a 2-hour shift! Work weekly, monthly or occasionally. No experience necessary! Great for school groups or businesses looking for a teambuilding experience! Individuals always welcome as well! Our minimum age is 9 years old or 3rd grade.

Call us at 509.891.7276 or go to www.northwestharvest.org to get more information and fill out a volunteer application. All volunteers must be signed up ahead of time. No drop-in volunteering available.

Description

Northwest Harvest collects and distributes food to more than 375 independent food banks, hot meal programs, and high need schools across Washington State without proof of need. We provide over 2 million meals every month to individuals and families in need. We also run one food bank of our own, the Cherry Street Food Bank in Seattle.

Northwest Harvest is unable to provide court-related community service.
