Programmatic Volunteer: The Programmatic Volunteer’s role is to support youths in our regularly scheduled after-school programs. All volunteers will be able to see a full calendar of scheduled programs and RSVP to attend individual program sessions as available. After school programs run from 3pm-6pm, Monday through Friday, and volunteer shifts will run from 4pm-6pm on most all days. Programmatic Volunteers will work along side DHF program staff to support youth effort while exploring technology and maker activities. The position allows all interested volunteers the opportunity to work along side and support the DHF youth while keeping a flexible, as available, schedule.
