The Texas chapter of March of the Blanketeers needs local knitters to hand-make newborn and premature baby blanekts for Texas Childrens' Hospital. if need be, the HQ will provide yarn to you. Please keep in mind that NO wool is to be used as most newborn babies are indeed allergic to woolen materials. Acrylics, Nylon, and Cotton Yarns are to be used only!

Our mission is to provide comfort and warmth to children of all ages (0 days-19 years) in hospitals throughout the US by hand-making blankets, hats and bears for them. Our Long Island, NY HQ may only produce blankets on site. Everything is made with the utmost care to our planet and its' ecosystems.

March of the Blanketeers is an organization based in Long Island, NY. Here at MOTB, we deliver volunteer, handmade blankets, hats, and bears to hospitals across the country. Many children have received blankets from March of the Blanketeers across the United States. Please join us in brightening a child's day!
