We are looking for volunteers who want to write about local environemental issues affecting us in San Mateo, Santa Clara, and San Benito counties on the west and south sides of San Francisco Bay.
We have many dedicated volunteers working on conservation issues like preventing fracking, protecting our air and water and we need volunteers to write about their efforts and other enviornmenal topics. These articles will be published in our montly e-newsletter, The Loma Prietan , and post to our website

Description
The Sierra Club Loma Prieta Chapter organizes outdoor recreation for people of all ages, advocates for policies that protect our natural environment, supports environmental candidates for public office, and provides opportunities for people who want to develop leadership skills to give back to the community and help the environment.
