African Initiative for Community Development, Inc. (AICD), a nonprofit community-based organization is in the process of implimenting a NURSE AIDE Training Program and needs a volunteer to help coordinator program activities. This program is still at its initial stages. The Volunteer Coordinator will work with AICD Board Members to get the program up and running.

Our mission is to develop programs and provide services to meet needs such as; employment, skills training, decent housing, and general education and development needs of the under-served individuals and families in our communities.
Description
As a a response to the need for employment, we are developing a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Training Program in the community to train those who are unemployed and under-employed and prepare them for further training and stable jobs in the health care sector.
Currently, are in need of an experienced individuals for the following activities;
1- A Registered Nurse (RN) to be the Program Manager
2- A Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to be the Trainer
Both individuals will receive umple support and there will be plainty of flexibility to accommodate them.
