Dawson Events is all about comedy because laughter heals.
We are looking for volunteers to spread the word about our comedy /fundraising events here in the Nashville area. We need as many people as possible to get the word out & find sponsors & donations.
We have a monthly show/contest in Hermitage on the last Thursday of every month & our annual contest in Nashville coming up in March. We've raised over $1800 so far for cancer patients and other people in need.
Please help us bring laughter and support to our community.

Mission Statement
Dawson Events has been organized to encourage and promote the advancement of the comedic arts in Nashville by supporting groups and individuals in creating social, economic and cultural transformation toward long-term sustainability through the production of comedy events, workshops, and other comedy related activities.
Description
Dawson Events is all about comedy because laughter heals. We hold comedy shows almost every month and have raised over $1800 for individuals and groups in need at several different locations all with the support of local businesses and individuals.
Comedy classes, workshops and contests will be held at least one time a year to find new talent and educate new or current comedians on all aspects of stand-up comedy and like performances.
We hope to bring interest and appreciation of live comedy to the community. All events and classes are offered to the public at a reduced rate.
