The Katalyst Solution Center is a faith-based, youth program focused around mentoring and Leadership services. The mission of The Katalyst Solution Center is to connect youths, and young adults, with positive resources found in the local Dekalb community, through mentoring relationships that prevent recidivism and address youth-initiated goals in the areas of education and employment.

TThe katalyst Solution Center local mission against community recidivism and seeks to partnership with local governments, civil societies, and multicultural organizations to combat low employment and high school dropout rates utilizing job training/education/ assistance and mentoring programs

Description
The Katalyst Solution Center is a faith-based, youth program focused around mentoring and Leadership services. The mission of The Katalyst Solution Center is to connect youths, and young adults, with positive resources found in the local Dekalb community, through mentoring relationships that prevent recidivism and address youth-initiated goals in the areas of education and employment. The Katalyst Solution Center trains a team of mentors from the local area to work with young people to enhance their growth and return them to the community to duplicate the process among their peers and friends.
