Community Companion is a person who offers one-to-one friendship to our residents. As a community companion you will meet with one of our staff members and be matched with a resident from the Cedar Lake program.
We will assist with introductions as needed.Community companions serve as a mentor,role-model, and help our residents build and sustain healthy relationships.
Companions spend time with your new friend in thier home, visit, play games, go out to eat, go to church, see a movie etc.
