Help us be prepared for a disaster! Our Free Dining Room serves 700 meals a day, but if there is a local disaster, we may have to feed people without using electricity, or gas or water and we may have to feed hundreds or even thousands beyond our normal capacity. We have an emergency system in place but we need help with details and drills.
This volunteer position is part-time and allows for flexible hours. Preference will be given to applicants with knowledge of the Incident Command System.
Interested applicants should send a resume and letter of intent to Christine Paquette at cpaquette@vinnies.org.
*This is an unpaid volunteer position.
