Volunteers are needed to conduct brief telephone interviews with and provide referrals to various community resources for callers to Housing Link, a centralized intake center in for Bucks County. Callers may need assistance with paying rent or utilities, may be seeking affordable housing, or may be looking for shelter because they are homeless. 3-4 hours each week, Mondays through Thursdays.
Training: Formal and on-the-job training provided
