Companionship volunteers are needed in the Bartlesville area for our patients in a local nursing home and those still living in their own homes. Schedule weekly or monthly. Be available to talk, listen, read, do crafts, and just be a joy for someone.
Full training. All time can be credited towards school volunteer hour needs. All ages encouraged!

Description
Hospice is a comprehensive care program designed to provide comfort to the mind, body, and spirit of a patient with a life limiting illness. Cornerstone's hospice program provides the individual care our patients require, while allowing them to remain in their place of residence, preserving dignity and quality of life. Our diverse, professional team works closely with each family to develop an individualized plan for hospice care. Our Team Members consist of: Attending Physician, Hospice Medical Director, Nurses, Home Health Aides, Social Worker, Chaplain, and Volunteers.
