The Sonoma County Family YMCA in Santa Rosa is looking for an Assistant in our Membership Department to handle lost & found items as well as oversee our inventory of YMCA merchandise. Duties will include: Lost & Found rotations & bundling outdated items for donation. Logging found items & matching lost slips with found items. Contacting members if lost items are located. Overseeing the inventory in Membership (items we purchase for re-sale). This will include keeping inventory counted and accounted for. Ordering additional items as needed. Re-stocking the shelves. 2-3 hours per week. Times & days are flexible. This individual needs to have the following skills: ability to work independently with little supervision; dependability, organized, detailed, honest, quick learner.
