ORGANIZATION: Aurora Public Libraries

  • 2 people are interested

Description: The Early Literacy Center Monitor will help to facilitate the use of the ELC at the Aurora Central Branch. The ELC monitor will help to maintain the ELC by picking up toys, disposing of discarded guest passes, and general cleaning (IE--wiping down toys and computers, light vacuuming, etc...). The ELC Monitor will also make sure technological equipment remains at the appropriate computers (IE--making sure that headphones stay plugged into the AWE computers and are not taken by adults to use in the adult computers). The ELC monitor will alert a staff member if the ELC becomes disruptive beyond a reasonable expectation of noise and behavior.
