  1. Travelers Aid at JFK International Airport welcomes and assists passengers providing information regarding a variety of travel-related services. Volunteers are placed at key locations throughout the airport. Shifts are available 7 days a week, and 1 shift per week is encouraged.
  2. Transportation expenses (local subway and bus fare plus AirTrain and LIRR) is reimbursed. Free parking provided to volunteers commuting with a car.
  3. Please consider sharing some time learning about the airport, engaging with people from all over the world, meeting and making new friends with the varied airport employees, receiving warm gratitude for extending a helping hand. Description

Travelers Aid is a volunteer based program that seeks to assist airport passengers and provide knowledge and experience to enhance their traveling experience. Volunteers provide information and assistance with airport related questions, transportation options, attractions in the NYC Metropolitan and many more questions. The program is also able to make referrals to outside agencies and connect people with support systems.
