Telephone Reassurance to homebound seniors who need social contact from outside their home environment. Reassure them that someone cares and will ensure they are well. It's as simple as a short phone call on days when homebound meals are not regularly delivered. Phone calls are made at the same time during the day.

RSVP's mission is to provide opportunities for individuals ages 55 and above, to engage in service that addresses the nation's educational, public safety, environmental, and other human needs to achieve direct and demonstrable results and to encourage all seniors to engage in such service. In doing so, RSVP will foster civic responsibility, strengthen the ties that bind us together as a people, and provide educational opportunity for those who make a substantial commitment to service.

RSVP is a gateway for volunteerism in the community. RSVP provides many free benefits including free volunteer insurance, learning opportunities, and volunteer recognition.
