AHC seeks a Logistics Coordinator for One Walk 2014. Duties include reservation of event site, organizing the event schedule, and making sure that all logistics are in order prior to the event. On the day of the event, the Logistics Coordinator is expected to oversee general operations, making sure that everything is in proper place, and that there are no problems.

We invest in the education, services and prevention of HIV/AIDS in collaboration with our community partners.
Description
The Foundation works in collaboration with all the agencies in the greater Long Beach and South Bay areas that provide direct services to clients/patients, HIV/AIDS education and prevention programs, community outreach to underserved populations, and other programs to stop AIDS.
The Foundation also provide educational programs to stop AIDS, involves the larger community through asset based collaboration, provides technical assistance to non-profit HIV/AIDS agencies and works with other non-traditional agencies to advocate HIV/AIDS prevention and education in underserved populations.
The Foundation provides grants to HIV/AIDS agencies that provide direct services and HIV/AIDS education and prevention programs. The Foundation offers the community the ability to audit and ensure that funds are effectively used to make significant impact on HIV/AIDS in the community in which they serve.
The Foundation also hosts annual events to raise funds for these agencies and programs through AIDS Walk Long Beach, Casino Night, World AIDS Day, Annual Foundation Charity Golf Tournament and other events. All funds raised go to help these agencies and programs.
