Description
The Grapevine Lions Club is a non-profit organization focused on community outreach. Helen Keller charged the Lions to be "Knights for the blind".
Our club provides free eye screenings and eye glasses. We collect glasses and recycle them. Doctors and non-profit organizations take the glasses around the world to people in need.
We partner with the Grapevine Boy Scout Troop 7, McFadden Ranch, GCISD FFA, Woodridge Nursing Home, G.R.A.C.E., Meals on Wheels, Santa Cops, and other organizations focused on the community.
Our fundraisers raise money for the Texas Lions Camp for special needs children, Lions Organ and Eye Bank, and our partners listed above.
We provide information on eye health, diabetes prevention, and drug awareness.
Join us in making a difference in the community. Bring your energy, ideas, and committment to helping others!
