Objective:
Central Florida Jobs Initiative is looking for professionals to serve as a Job Readiness Instructor for participants of our job-readiness program. CFJI equips and empowers job-seekers to be excellent employees through a 7-day workshop with emphasis on performance excellence.
Responsibilities:
As an instructor, you will receive all the tools you need to present a powerful and productive day of learning and growth to CFJI participants. We provide you with the PowerPoint presentation, the course outline, and book work in advance of the training day so you can prepare. The day long training will begin at 9:00am and run to approximately 4:00pm including breaks and an hour for lunch.
Qualifications:
-Preferred background in Human Resources/Training/Management
-Experience in professional training and/or development.

The Central Florida Jobs Initiative is a program that has been developed to equip and empower job seekers to become excellent employees. In order to accomplish this task we offer a six full day workshop on all aspects of searching for a job with an emphasis on Performance Excellence. Our goal is to then connect employers with qualified and job ready candidates.
