SERVE is looking for volunteer groups of up to 10 who can provide meals to the 92 residents of our Family Care Shelter during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday periods. Volunteer groups must be prepared to provide all food ingredients for their meal. The meal can be prepared in our full-service kitchen or can be fixed off-site and transported to SERVE for warming up and serving. Meal drop-offs are also welcome! Volunteers will feel great knowing they are making the holidays a little nicer for our homeless residents by providing a home-cooked meal and friendship. For more information, please contact Jan Hawkins at jhawkins@nvfs.org.
