The Saint Therese Fundraising and Development Department is seeking a volunteer to help with our fundraising database. If you have advanced computer skills and are interested in gaining experience in fundraising databases, then this is the perfect volunteer opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

1. General office duties:
1. Develop Excel workbooks to meet specific needs
2. Assist with donor data entry on Raiser's Edge Database
3. Assist with editing variuos fields and improving database accuracy
4. Data entry
2. Miscellaneous duties as needed

Knowledge, Skill or Abilities Required

1. Must be accurate, detail-oriented and very organized
2. Must be able to work independently
3. Must be able to use Microsoft Office Suite and proficient in Excel
4. Must be flexible due to shifting priorities
5. Must be a quick learner

Orientation/Training

• Orientation by the Volunteer Director using the Volunteer Handbook
• Training provided by the Area Supervisor

Area Supervisor

• Donor Relations Coordinator

Hours

• The Development Office is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
• Volunteer scheduling can be flexible, but will need to take place during normal office hours
