Family Choice Care Hospice relies on voluteers to provide excellent end-of-life-care. We are in need of a caring heart for companionship or simply sit with the patient in the home so the caregiver has the opportunity to run errands.

Lamm Family Care Hospice is a locally owned Hospice agency providing palliative and end of life care. Our service is provided by a variety of health care professionals in the comfort of your own home. Services can be provided in Nursing homes, Assisted Living facilities and hospitals.
Family Choice care is dedicated to providing high quality healthcare services to our patients and their families. Our job is to insure our patients needs and well being come first.
Our volunteer program is an important part of our service. Volunteers can sit with the patient while the caregiver runs errands or simply offer companionship to the patient. These acts of kindness go a long way with the terminally ill patient and the family. Come join our Team!
