Concierge Connection offers assistance to parents and caregivers of children being treated at the Golisano Children's Hospital. The Concierge desk is located on the 4th floor near the elevators and offers a friendly face and assistance to those in need of help.
Our volunteers should be well versed in the Rochester community and can help caregivers find the services they need
- Transportation information (bus schedules, taxis, rentals)
- Hotels/motels
- Local restaurants
- Shopping
- Community referrals
- Hospital resources
- We also offer free gift wrapping and cell phone chargers (on loan)
