Library Docent
Help patrons find what they need!

We are looking for volunteers who can help our patrons navigate the library services at the North Natomas Library. This is a busy library and we need someone with strong customer service skills to assist patrons with some of the basic questions. You will be helping people with the Self-Check machines, signing up for a library card, reserving computers and other basic library-related questions.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people and guiding them through unfamiliar processes. Training will be provided.
