About TNDC
At TNDC, we believe that when people have homes, communities thrive. We envision a San Francisco where low-income people can afford housing that meets their basic needs, is close to the amenities and services that enhance their quality of life, and provides them with the safety and stability they need to fulfill their potential.
Our housing includes on-site social work services to help tenants stay housed, an after-school program for working families, and a community organizing program that encourages all community members to get involved and make a positive impact in their neighborhoods.
Since our founding in 1981, we have been committed to serving the lowest-income individuals of our city by providing the foundation for prosperity: a place to call home.
