The primary role of the Account Representative is to maximize revenue opportunities for our sister company CARA Staffing by executing in-depth responsibilities such as securing accounts with our current and prospective employers for temp, temp to perm and permanent positions for our clients. The Account Representative will assist with the preparation and creation of sales proposals, perform basic research and support sales and promotional events.
