You can assist families of fallen Police and Firefighters. In order to provide support and services to the agencies and families that have had a loved one die in the performance of his or her duty, we need quality and trained volunteers. To properly recruit, train and manage our volunteers, we are in need of a "Volunteer Coordinator". The impact that this one person will have on the success of our organization and mission cannot be overstated. We host several fundraising events throughout the year, and q uality, reliable and compassionate volunteers are a key component in allowing us to provide the best service to those agencies and families that have lost so much. The recruitment and training of our volunteers is critical. The applicant should be strong in the areas of, training, personnel management, customer service. Experience and education in the area of Human Resources is desirable.
