Assist cosmetologists with spa and salon services for the long term care residents. Possible opportunities include calling nursing units to confirm appointments, shampooing hair, painting nails, taking out rollers, hand massages and organizing/sweeping. Volunteering looks great on your resume!!
The Salon is open on Tuesday's and Wednesday's between 9AM and 3PM.

The Governor Bacon Health Center (GBHC) is located along the Delaware River in Delaware City, Delaware. This 292-acre campus is the center for a 94-bed long term care residential facility which provides intermediate care. It enjoys a reputation for thoughtful, competent care, with full time nursing attention for our residents.
