Data Management/Web Research Assistant
NHSSF is seeking a summer intern to work under direct supervision of the Senior Data Specialist. The intern will help build NHSSF’s currency and accuracy of production data to enhance case management and increase the reporting of production. The intern will also assist in strategic planning through enhancing our systems with more current recorded data.
Duties to include:
Assign cases to appropriate counselors in online case management system (CounselorMax).
Review lists of clients working with lenders and search for possible mortgage documents and property sale price online.
Enter property and financing information for client purchases of property into CounselorMax.
Provide assistance with various business lines by gathering, inputting, and updating information in various data systems.
Run and review a variety of reports.
Qualifications:
Solid experience using spreadsheets, databases and the Internet.
Proficient keyboarding skills with ability to enter information accurately into data systems.
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
