SEPAC Craft Fair 2014

Volunteers needed to support the SEPAC Craft Fair! Individuals, teens, families, students, parents are all welcome to help! Community service hours available for students, scout troops, honor society groups!

Lots of jobs to do - before, during and after the fair. Most @ Woodmoore Elem (site of Craft Fair). See volunteer link for all available tasks and to sign up: http://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c094da9ac2ba1fa7-craft

  • Set up tables/chairs & decorate: Fri, Oct 31 @ 4-6 pm
  • Be an early-bird "ELF" (unloading crafters cars): Sat, Nov 1 @ 6:30 - 8:00 am
  • Deliver lunch orders to crafters: Sat, Nov 1 @ 11am - 1pm
  • Take down tables/chairs & "undecorate": Sat, Nov 1 @ 4-6 pm

To enhance the lives of children and youth with disabilities in our community by addressing systemic issues and future goals of special education.

Description

The Northshore School District's Special Education Parent/Professional Advisory Council (SEPAC) is an active support and advisory network comprised of parents, professionals and NSD administrators who work together for the benefit of children and youth who have special needs in the Northshore School District. SEPAC became a program of the Northshore Schools Foundation in the summer of 2013.

The group sponsors presentations on relevant topics, holds a bi-monthly general business meeting to discuss issues related to district special education programs, provides resources for parents and teachers, assists with advocacy and aids with summer scholarships to name a few of the SEPAC activities/contributions.
