Action Ministries provides social services to the Maxwell House apartments. We are striving to help build a community where residents have activties in which they can interact with each other and members of the community.
If you are artsy crafty we would love to have your help! This can be either a one time or ongoing event. Some classes that have been requested are:
1. Knitting
2. Sewing
3. Painting and Home decor making
If you have an amazing idea, let us know! We would ask that our volunteer(s) be able to provide the materials for the class.

Action Ministries mobilizes communities to address the challenges of poverty by focusing on hunger relief, housing and education. We envision communities in which the cycle of poverty is broken and everyone has the tools needed to reach their full potential.
Description
In the CSRA our focus is housing the homeless. We do this through two programs called Rapid Rehousing and Permanent Supportive Housing. Each is designed to assist each household end their homelessness eposide and remain in stable housing.
