Make-A-Wish Eastern North Carolina needs volunteers to help us staff a parking deck for the weekends of the 2015 North Carolina State Fair. Grab a friends or two, or come out on your own to help us raise money to fund the granting of wishes. Please consider coming out to help!!
The owner of WestChase I business office allows the Eastern North Carolina chapter of Make-A-Wish to use the parking deck at their complex (4020 WestChase Blvd.) as a fundraiser during both weekends of the North Carolina State Fair. Volunteers are needed to help run the operation, which includes: holding signs to direct traffic into the lot, serving as cashiers, and directing cars into spots in the parking deck.

Make-A-Wish grants life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses.
Description
Make-A-Wish Eastern North Carolina grants life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses who are referred to us between the ages of 2 1/2 and 18 years of age. Our Wish Kids live in our 49-county service area. Once a child is eligible, volunteers and staff take care of every detail to grant that child's most heartfelt wish. We serve approximately 200 wish kids a year and have over 300 volunteers across our territory helping us to grant each wish. Our office is located in Raleigh, in the North Hills area.
