Our non-profit organization is looking for innovative and helpful people to contribute in key role positions on our Board of Directors. This position is non paid.

We are looking for board members who may have background experience in:

• Insurance
• Health & wellness
• Doctor/dental/nursing/billing
• Educational department
• Fundraising

If you fit any of the following areas of interest, please apply.The board will meet a few times through out the year to discuss matters/expertise dealing with our non-profit organization and a annual membership fee of $50 is required. The position requires a commitment for at least 2 years.

Posimoto is a 501 C 3 Nonprofit Mentoring program. Established in 2012, Posimoto provided free Saturday programs that provided positive moral support and sports mentor-ship. While partnered with USF, Posimoto After School, and Finishline Youth Foundation, Posimoto was able to build relationships with over 600 volunteers since then and guide over 400 youth and their families to achieving an everlasting positive outlook on life.

Why Do We Need Your Help?

Help us make it easier for disadvantaged students who need to intern and gain experience in their career before they graduate from college. Posimoto-Changing Faces Inc. is raising money to benefit young adults who are in need of assistance as they transition into their senior year in college. Many students want to take internships, but many nonprofit agencies offer them with no pay, therefore students find it hard to travel, pay for housing, food, and even their education while trying to gain experience in their field before they graduate.

Posimoto has partnered with USF’s Department of Sociology, which offers bachelor’s degrees in both Sociology and Interdisciplinary Social Sciences to create a scholarship for disadvantaged first generation students to assist with housing and educational needs while interning for nonprofit agencies during the spring of each year.

USF professors expressed this was a need for students in the Sociology and Interdisciplinary department at USF Tampa. There is a variety of mentor support that Posimoto will be providing for disadvantaged students in this department yearly. Tampa Professionals will help guide and mentor them to make sure they are able to better themselves educationally with career knowledge and financial stability, which will ensure a positive future for them as they grow into their future careers.
