The Actors Theatre Workshop is an award-winning non-profit theatre company that also provides classes in acting and leadership for actors and business professionals as well as community enrichment programs for at-risk and underprivileged youth.

The Brand Planner is responsible for bringing a deeper understanding of both the brand and consumer behavior to the forefront of ATW's strategic and creative development processes. This role reports to the Director of Digital Marketing at Actors Theatre Workshop.

Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for identifying cultural insights that provide strategic direction for the brand and creative strategy.

Key responsibilities:

-Identify new and unique ways to uncover insights into people, culture or the category

-Produce creative briefs and briefing sessions that provide creative with clear direction

-Partner with creative to apply customer insights to inspire creative

Founded over two decades ago, the Actors Theatre Workshop is an established pioneer in non-profit theatre that produces classical and contemporary plays, develops new dramatic works, trains and develops actors, directors and writers while making a difference in the lives of at-risk youth and the community at large. Thurman E. Scott, ATW's artistic director, Executive Producer and Founder, is a widely acknowledged expert of artistic project development, an innovator of award-winning arts curriculums and programs for proffessional artistic training, and has a long and successful history of public service to culturaly under-served communities.
