Kindred Hospice, an organization that provides compassionate care to those with life-limiting illnesses, is in need of someone to assist with administrative work. Volunteer work is flexible; we are grateful for as much time as you can give even if for just a few hours a week. Work is done during office hours which is Mon - Fri, 9 am - 5 pm. No previous experience is needed; free training is provided.

Description
What is hospice? Hospice is a specialized form of home healthcare for patients with life-limiting illnesses that allows them to live out their days as fully and as comfortably as possible.
The hospice team: Care is provided by a team of skilled, compassionate people, including nurses, hospice physicians, medical social workers, hospice aides, spiritual care coordinators, and volunteers - very special people who dedicate their time to a truly noble cause.
We believe that every moment matters. We believe in compassionate care. Most of all, we believe in dignity and respect for each patient we serve. As a hospice volunteer, you can help ensure that every moment really does matter.
