Students of Durham Tech Community College are seeking volunteer tutors to get them ready to take placement tests. GED candidates are looking to pass tests to earn their GED and are in need of extra help. Volunteers set their own schedule of availability and students sign up for appointments.

Volunteer Connect provides opportunities for people to make a difference in their community through volunteer service. Volunteer Connect 55+ volunteers contribute anywhere from a few to over 40 hours a week, serving through schools, hospitals and other nonprofit and public organizations to help meet critical community needs. Volunteer Connect offers maximum flexibility and choice to its volunteers.
