The Help Desk is an In-person-only volunteering opportunity.
Answering phone, routing incoming calls, including fulfilling phone inquiries for information & referral requests to WCRC or community partner resources + any needed follow-up ; answering door & greeting visitors, including adhering to COVID-19 policies; hospitality. On-site training provided.
General office assistance (filing, mailings, computer & internet work, and organizational tasks)
Reliability, punctuality and effective communication skills are essential for success in this position. Must have time for at least one of the shifts as listed.
Bi/multi-lingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.
