Shelter Hospitality Volunteer Team @ St Elizabeth's

Hospitality Volunteers are needed once a week from 6:30-8:30pm to help Catholic Charities staff bring residents into the shelter for the evening by assisting with the intake process, specific tasks include:

1. Assist staff to prepare for opening of shelter
2. Greet incoming residents
3. Enter residents' names into computer or paper bed list
4. Assign each incoming resident to a bed
5. Give residents bed linens and hygiene items
6. Distribute mail to residents

Location: Adam’s Place Men’s Shelter or 801 E Men’s Shelter.
Additional training will be provided.

Minimum commitment of one evening per week for six months, or two evenings per month for one year preferred.
