PRO BONO COPYWRITERS NEEDED
Taproot is seeking Pro Bono Copywriters interested in sharing your talents with local nonprofit organizations. As a Pro Bono Copywriter, you’ll have the opportunity to help these organizations find the right voice to tell their story, reach their stakeholders and inspire support for their programs. If you are a creative wordsmith who can cut to the core of ideas and express the essence of an organization and its message, you can help impact critical issues like the environment, health and education.
A successful pro bono Copywriter:
- Has 3+ years professional experience in copywriting or content creation
- Is able to translate ideas and concepts into words
- Can show a varied portfolio of copy samples
- Incorporates team and client perspectives to develop unique and engaging content
This opportunity is flexible enough to work around the schedule of a full-time job.

Description
Taproot Foundation offers a set catalog of Service Grants (Branding/Identity, Donor Database, Brochure, Web Site). All of our grants have clearly defined volunteer roles and deliverables. The Service Grants also include a project plan with estimated timing based on volunteers donating five hours per week over the course of several months.
