Looking for volunteers, 55 and older who live in Nassau County, to drive seniors to doctor's and other necessary appointments. You will be reimbursed for your mileage. Clean, valid driver's license necessary. Your assistance will make such a difference in the life of a senior who has nobody else to help with transportation. A bright and cheery disposition is all that's needed!

To match volunteers, 55 years of age or older who reside in Nassau County, with volunteer opportunities through our Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) .
Description
Volunteer opportunities include delivery, collection and service of food, friendly visiting, providing transportation to those in need of transport to medical appointments and other essential appointments. Volunteers may be needed in other areas as well.
