ORGANIZATION: Full Life Care

Volunteer and support Adult Day Health! The "Head's UP" program is specially designed for adults (18yr-60yr.) with acquired or traumatic brain injuries.

Assist or lead a variety of fun activities for adults with an acquired brain injury. Full Life Care is the largest Adult Day Health organization in the Northwest. Volunteers may choose to participate in any or all of the following activities:
  • Share a special talent like musical performance, artistic skills, and interesting hobbies or even bring your pet to visit! Interact positively with participants by sharing conversation or just listening.
  • Lend a hand at lunch, setting tables, serving meals and assist in clearing the tables.
  • Co-lead Activity Groups: Provide motivation, good humor and a little extra help for those who need it. Activities include writing exercises, discussion groups, dancing, specially adapted games (example: balloon volleyball, bowling), simple crafts, sing-a-longs, educational presentations, bingo, pet visits, holiday parties and more.

The Head's Up program is offered at these Full Life Care locations:

Everett: 8:30 AM - 1 PM

North Seattle: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 AM - 1 PM

South Seattle: 3- 6 PM
