The Jamestown Branch Jail is looking for volunteers to greet visitors (often from other countries), share the history of the jail and give them a tour of the jail. The jail in open from March-October during the time that the Railtown Trains are in operation. The days and hours are Saturday and Sunday, or 1 of these days, from 11:00am-2:00pm. Ed Ellefsen will provide some training. THis would be with him on the day or days mentioned above. You can dress in 1890 apparell if you would like. He also makes a pitch for the Railtown Trains.
