The Kentucky Horse Park is an equine educational theme park. The International Museum of the Horse (IMH), a Smithsonian Affiliate, is dedicated to the history of the horse and its unique relationship with humans through time. The IMH is looking for enthusiastic volunteers who will greet guests, answer phones, provide maps and surveys of the museum, discuss exhibits and provide information.

As the only Park in the world dedicated to the horse, we offer visitors a chance to see a variety of breeds of horses in their daily routines, against a background of an immaculately kept Kentucky Horse Farm.The Kentucky Horse Park was formed in 1978 and the Volunteer program initiated in 2000.
