Do you knit or crochet? Do you like doing something great for another? Combine your love of crafting with your love of helping others by knitting or crocheting lap/fidget blankets for hospice patients. Your gift will help keep someone warm and will help stimulate them with the tactile feel of a handmade blanket. But more importantly, it will tell a hospice patient that someone cares about them.

Our care is provided in the home, nursing home, assisted living facility or wherever our patients call home. We offer an holistic approach to care provided by a dedicated team of caring professionals led by a physician which includes a nurse, social worker, chaplain, hospice aide and volunteer!
