To eliminate Alzheimer's disease through the advancement of research, to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.
Description
Our purpose:
To support families and friends of those with Alzheimer's disease trhough education, support networks, and crisis management.
To increase public awareness through presentations, fundraising events, and the media.
To provide educational opportunities for caregivers, both family and professional.
To fund research to enable the cause and lead to a cure, better treatment and prevention.
To advocate by advising federal and state legislators and agencies about the disease and it's impact on society.
