Join us as a Workshop assistant and help community members bring their visions to reality as they work to honor their loved ones with masks, puppets, lanterns, floats, altars, and other creative projects.

If you're creative, independent, and eager to help out, you're just the right person for the job.

Over 500 people each year participate in the free All Souls Procession Workshops. Whether they come in looking for help figuring out what to do--or know exactly what they want to create when they walk in the door--the Workshop director and volunteers are there to help. And we need your help to make it happen.

If you only have a few hours to spare, consider dropping in just to lend a hand with set-up or clean up.

Mission Statement

Many Mouths One Stomach, a non-profit arts collective based in Tucson, AZ, is the organizing body for the All Souls Procession. It is a vehicle for working artists to collaborate, create, and inspire the public through Festal Culture. "Festal Culture" refers to the expression and fulfillment of core human needs through public celebration, ceremony, and ritual. Our events reclaim public space through art and blur the line between participant and observer, ritual and performance. We are committed to education, outreach, and collaboration, and we cultivate an environment where the creative act becomes a mode of living. All Souls Procession Weekend is a completely grassroots event, volunteer-run and donation-funded.

Description

The All Souls Procession is a radically inclusive massive, public ceremony to Honor the dead and Celebrate the Living. Mayor Rothschild described it as a Signature event of the region and a cultural Mainstay of the Old Pueblo. Check out History, Events and Projects Here:
