Adults and teens age 14 and up are invited to have a spooktacular time volunteering at Holden Arboretum's annual family-friendly Halloween extravaganza, Goblins in the Garden, on Saturday and Sunday, October 5 & 6.
Individuals and small groups are needed to help with parking patrol, family activities, or dressing up as an assigned character and distributing candy on our "not-too-spooky" trick or treat trail.
Shifts are 9am to 1pm or 12:30 to 4:15pm each day. Volunteers are provided complimentary snacks/beverages and may come early or stay after their shift to enjoy the festivities. This is a great way for students to earn community service hours.
Event is held outdoors, rain or shine. Volunteers should be prepared to be outside and able to walk up to a half-mile.
