ReStores save furniture, building supplies and housewares from a wasteful landfill fate. Be ready to get a great work out and help us raise money for Habitat for Humanity by moving donations to our sales floor. Movers and Shakers unload and sort items and sometimes assist customers with purchases and loading assistance.
Movers and Shakers must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Opportunities are available anytime during store hours: Tuesday - Friday 10:00 - 6:00 and Saturday 10:00 - 4:00.

Description
Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity seeks to eliminate poverty housing by working alongside future homeowners and volunteers to build and rehab simple, decent and affordable houses. Milwaukee Habitat also two donation-driven retail stores called the ReStores.
All proceeds from ReStore sales benefit Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity's mission of building simple, decent and affordable homes in partnership with families in need. The ReStore is stocked exclusively with donated items such as new and used furniture, appliances, kitchen cabinets, building materials and other home goods.
