The gift requests from Birthdays Remembered has increased by almost 300% and we currently providing 35-45 gifts per month to 14 agencies that serve children. Our current funds are not adequate to sustain these demands. We are therefore actively seeking volunteers who like the challenge of fundraising and are willoing to be part of a committee to help us find ways to continue to provide birthday gifts for some of Arizona's most vulnerable children. We also are looking for a grant writer willing to donate their skills in research and grant writing.
Birthdays Remembered is also in need of anyone with nonprofit board experience and/or nonprofit experience that would like to be a board member.

Mission Statement
The mission of Birthdays Remembered is to provide a birthday package for any child in Arizona whose need is identified by a partner organization.
Description
We are a uniquie charitable organization providing birthday gifts to children who might not receive one due to difficult life siturations. We partner with agencies serving children so that the children never know their gift came from Birthdays Remembered. Beside providing a gift specifically requested by the child up to $25 in value we provide a new age approropriate book, wrapping paper for the gift, and blank card for the parents to sign, and put these items into a fabric reuable bags. Doing it this way ensures a celebration for both the parents and the child.
